Probably that’s what drove various designers to take it literally. To get inspired directly from comic books heroes. Like Wonder Woman, Cat Woman, Superman, Batman or Spiderman.
Next month, the Met hosts a fashion exhibition of superheroes inspired couture by Giorgio Armani, Thierry Mugler and so many more.
Actual costumes will be on display also, so it seems like a real treat for both boys and girls.
